Offers that suit regular play
- Cashback: a share of net losses returned, ideally as cash with no wagering.
- Reload bonuses: a match on later deposits, with the same 10x cap.
- Loyalty points: points per stake, converted to bonus money or spins.
- Tournaments and prize drops: prizes on top of normal play.
A worked example: 10% cashback on £400 of net losses returns £40. If it is paid as cash, that £40 is yours; if it carries 10x wagering, you must bet £400 more first.
VIP schemes under UK rules
Since 2020 the Gambling Commission has required UK licensees to check that a customer can afford their gambling before offering VIP treatment, and to make senior staff responsible for these schemes. Expect a VIP manager to ask for source-of-funds information before you are offered higher-tier rewards.
What to compare
- The wagering on each offer, up to the 10x cap.
- Whether cashback is cash or bonus money.
- Any cap on winnings from bonus play.
