So what
What it means for you
-
Check the offer on the casino's site
If our page and the casino's terms differ, the casino's terms apply.
-
Check the casino's licence
In Great Britain only a UK Gambling Commission licence lets a casino take British players. A licence from another regulator does not, so check the Commission's public register.

Who we are
NewCasinoRank is an independent information site. We do not run or own a casino and we do not take bets. We publish reviews, guides and news about new online casinos, and we link to the casinos we review.
Affiliate links
Some links on this site are affiliate links. When you sign up at a casino through one of them, the casino may pay us a commission. You do not pay more, and the offer and terms you get are the casino's own. Commission does not change the facts we print or the order of casinos, which is set by our ranking method.
Accuracy
We take care to keep facts current and mark anything we do not have as missing. Casinos change their offers, terms and payment methods without notice, so we cannot guarantee that every detail is correct at the moment you read it. Confirm the offer and the terms on the casino's site before you deposit.
We are not responsible for the content or conduct of external sites we link to.
Your responsibility
Online casino play carries a real risk of losing money. Only play if you are 18 or older, only with money you can afford to lose, and only where it is lawful for you. Whether and where you play is your decision.
If gambling stops being fun, call the National Gambling Helpline, run by GamCare, on 0808 8020 133, free and at any time. Our responsible gaming page lists tools and support.
Changes
We may update this disclaimer. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy.
Questions about this disclaimer
Is NewCasinoRank a casino?
No. We do not offer gambling. We publish information about online casinos and link to them.
Do I pay more if I sign up through your link?
No. The casino pays any commission. Your offer and terms are the casino's own.
Can a casino pay for a better position?
No. Commission does not change a casino's founding year, licence status or check results, and the order is set by our ranking method.
Are the casinos you list licensed in the UK?
Most hold a UK Gambling Commission licence, and each review says whether the casino does. Only that licence covers a British account; licences from Malta, Curaçao or elsewhere cover other markets.
