New online casinos in the UK, ranked and checked
2 New casinos founded 2024–2026, of the 39 casinos on our list
We list new online casinos for players in the UK and show how new each one really is. The figure beside this text counts the casinos founded this year or in the two years before, and the ranking below is limited to them.
A new brand has no payout history, so most of the risk sits in its licence and its terms. In Great Britain the licence question is simple: only a casino with a UK Gambling Commission licence may take British players, and only that licence brings GAMSTOP, deposit limits and the 10x cap on bonus wagering.

Short answer
Which new online casinos are worth trying in the UK?
Start with casinos that hold a UK Gambling Commission licence you can find on the public register, and that pay out to a method you already use, such as a debit card, PayPal or Trustly. Set a deposit limit when you register, keep the first deposit small and ask for a small withdrawal early. Since January 2026 no UK welcome offer can carry wagering above 10 times, so compare offers on their time limit and maximum bet instead.

Launch bonuses
New casinos advertise bigger offers. Wagering decides what they are worth
Median headline welcome offer: – at casinos founded since 2024, £200 at older casinos.
Clearing a bonus costs about bonus × wagering × house edge. At the UK cap of 10x on a slot with 96% RTP, a £100 bonus costs about £40 to clear, so it is worth about £60 on average. At the 35x that was common before 2026, the same bonus was worth less than nothing.
What is a welcome bonus worth?
WorksheetSet the bonus part of the offer and its wagering. Free spins are left out.
You must bet £4,000 before the bonus turns into cash. At 96.0% RTP that costs £160 on average, so the bonus is worth about -£60.

New casinos in the UK: what to know
The UK rules every new casino plays by
Great Britain has licensed online casinos under the Gambling Act 2005 since 1 September 2007. A casino that takes British players needs a Gambling Commission licence, and the rules attached to it have tightened every few years.
| Rule | Since | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Credit card ban | 14 April 2020 | Pay by debit card, bank, PayPal or another e-wallet |
| GAMSTOP for all licensees | 2020 | One registration blocks every UK-licensed site |
| Slower slots, no autoplay | 31 October 2021 | Spins take at least 2.5 seconds and you start each one |
| Slot stake limits | 9 April and 21 May 2025 | £5 a spin, or £2 if you are aged 18 to 24 |
| Bonus wagering cap | 19 January 2026 | No more than 10 times the bonus, and no mixed casino and betting offers |
How we check a new casino
Every casino on this site shows the year it was founded and the date it joined our list, so you can tell a real launch from an older site that only just reached us. For UK readers we also look at whether the casino holds a UK licence, whether you can play in pounds, which British payment methods work in both directions and what the welcome offer is worth.
- Licence: whether a UK Gambling Commission licence is listed, and whether the domain is on the public register
- Payments: debit cards, PayPal, Trustly, Apple Pay and the methods that also pay out
- Bonus: the time limit, the maximum bet and any cap on winnings, now that wagering is capped at 10x
- Games: the studios in the lobby and the RTP settings they use
The details are on how we rank new casinos and how we review them.
Paying at a new UK casino
Debit cards, PayPal, Trustly and Apple Pay are the usual ways in and out. Trustly pays straight from your bank account; PayPal is often the quickest way back. Paysafecard works for deposits only, so you need a second method for withdrawals.
Every UK-licensed casino must verify your age and identity before you play. Upload your documents when you register, so your first withdrawal is not held up.
Play safely
Set a deposit limit before you claim a welcome offer, and keep sessions short. If gambling stops being fun, call the National Gambling Helpline, run by GamCare, free on 0808 8020 133, or register with GAMSTOP. Read our responsible gaming guide and our page on gambling addiction.
Questions
New online casinos in the UK: questions
Are new online casinos legal in the UK?
Yes, when the casino holds a UK Gambling Commission licence. Search its name or domain on the Commission's public register before you sign up.
What counts as a new online casino on this site?
A casino founded this year or in the two years before, by the year the casino states. We also show the date it joined our list, so you can tell a new brand from an older one that only just reached us. Our ranking method has the details.
Are new online casinos safe?
A new casino with a UK licence must follow the same rules as an established one, but it has no payout record yet. Check the licence, read the withdrawal terms and request a small withdrawal before you deposit more.
What wagering can a UK welcome bonus have?
No more than 10 times the bonus since 19 January 2026. Offers that require both casino play and sports bets are banned. Our bonus pages show how to work out what an offer is worth.
Can I use a credit card at a new UK casino?
No. Gambling with a credit card has been banned in Great Britain since 14 April 2020. Use a debit card, bank transfer or an e-wallet.
Do new casinos have to join GAMSTOP?
Yes. Every online casino licensed in Great Britain must take part in GAMSTOP, so a self-exclusion covers new brands too.
How does NewCasinoRank make money?
We earn a commission when you sign up at some casinos through our links. It does not change our checks, and the order of casinos comes from our ranking method.
Responsible gaming
Play only if you are 18+ and it stays fun
These rules apply on every page of this site. A young casino has less history to judge it by, so the limits matter more.
Adults only, everywhere
You must be 18 or older. A licensed casino must check your age and identity before you can deposit or play, so have your ID ready when you register.
Responsible gamingStart small with an unknown casino
Deposit an amount you would accept losing to a failed withdrawal, and request a small cash-out early to see how the casino handles it.
